I just hit this piece with black and I have to say that it does not look bad at all. I love the natural but this is pretty cool too. Just that alot of detail gets hidden. Oh well. This was my design but the only recommendation was to have it all black as dude likes all black leather. The initials are guy and girl's first initials. I'll post after I buff it and make it all pretty. YAY!!!

I just got a Singer 319 and don't really know anything about sewing machines. I am mechanically gifted....sortof but could use some info. Any info would be appreciated...i.e. tuning it up, cleaning, using...anything please. I am really excited about sewing and hope to be able to add this to my leatherworking supplies. Thank you LarryB. This is one of those I just drew directly on the leather. See what comes out, you know. No templates. Roo, This skull tip came out pretty cool. I think i will do all my belts with a pic on the tip. Thank you Yeah Luke, The drawing, tooling and backgrounding did not really take long at all. The lacing however....UGH. Did I tell you how much I hate lacing. This might be the last one like this unless the $'s are good.
