  3. They cut cleanly, edges are pretty good. I took a close up above on the backsides so that you can see the edges and the condition. When you pm me, send your address so I can get you a shipping quote. Thanks, YinTx

  8. These sell for $11, I'll let it go for $7 plus shipping. YinTx
  9. I have been using this Wuta copy edge creaser and it works quite well. I have not used heat on it. I have a ton of edge creases, so this one gets to go to the next leather worker! I'll let it go for $10. See the comparison photo with the Wuta (not currently for sale). Ebony handle. YinTx
  10. I have had this screw crease for a while, but don't use it much. They sell for $10, I'll let this go for $6 plus shipping. YinTx
  11. I have a set of four edge bevelers, look like Tandy. The 1, 2, and 3 are sequentially sized, and the other #2 looks and acts bigger than the #3, so I'd say it is a 4. They are in nice shape, and cut smoothly. Take a look at the photos. They seem to sell for $8 each, I'll sell the set at $5 each, $20 total (save $12) plus shipping. YinTx
  12. Selling off some more duplicate tools that I have. These two knives are Chinese made blades. The red handled one is really low cost, but if you want to find out if this style of knife works for you, what a great way to try one out. I spent about a half hour on the stones and a strop with this blade, and it is surprisingly well behaved - cuts very easily and smoothly, skives nicely. Comes with the little leather saya (cover) that I made for it. I'll let it go for $6 plus shipping. Second blade is really nice. Claims to be made with ebony wood, looks like turquiose and possibly red coral. Blade is supposed to be HRC 68-70 tool steel, it seemed a bit less so when I was sharpening it, and stropping it, but was really hard none the less. Not used very much at all, so practically brand new and in great shape. This one feels much more substantial in the hand, and I really enjoy using it - really clean cuts, easy to handle. Sells new for about $45, I would sell this one for $35 plus shipping, including the leather cover I made for it. Buy them both, $40 plus shipping Blade #1, $6 Blade 2, $35
  13. The one I just picked up has rheostats, which basically allows infinite adjustment, not in increments. I have no idea the temperature range however. If I see anything in the owner's manual, I'll let you know. YinTx
  14. Woa. that is a lot of tooling! and lacing! Fantastic work. Did you design and draw up the pattern yourself? YinTx
  15. Looks really cool, and the colors are right as rain! YinTx
  16. Nice stitching, both sides to boot! What color thread is that? YinTx
  17. Thanks! I'm pretty happy with them, now I need to take some time and actually read them and try to learn a few things... Also, been trying to figure out what the value might be on them, saw one on Amazon not signed as far as I can tell, $50, so perhaps a bit more value with the sequentially numbered signatures? YinTx
  18. That there is some tiny tooling! Well done, I see strings and fret bars and tuning knobs... so cool! Hope he likes it, I sure do and I don't even play! YinTx
  19. Those are really neat! What are they intended to hold? YinTx
  20. I noticed that too. I suspect I would have done the same thing if I had to do 1000 copies... YinTx
  21. I use this blade a lot, especially on thinner leathers. I have really been enjoying it. Thanks for the compliment, and good luck with yours! share it when you finish it! YinTx
  22. Yeah, that is pretty cool! And I think I have some of those stools... maybe time for some practice tooling... YinTx
  23. I fully plan to, I enjoy collectible items, as my leather working tool collection is beginning to attest to. YinTx
  24. This is the second book of Figure Carving Finesse that I have. It has some light wear marks on the cover, and the binding shows some separation as shown in the photo. Otherwise, it is in great condition. Again, these generally retail around $30, I will sell this one for $18. YinTx
