  1. Nicely done!
  2. I've been using JLS's method for pancakes for quite a while. Very good results for pistols. Thanks again JLS! Nice work by the way! I lay all mine out around the tracing of the pistol, mark the stitch lines, add belt loops (don't forget finger clearance under the grip and mag release!), add swoops and curves, I like a tooled reinforcing piece on the front, die, glue, sew, edge, mold, edge some more, mold some more, then finish. I'm sure I forgot a step or three. Your first looks a lot better than my first!
  3. Nice job and a very good idea. After a few recent posts showing very nice adaptable chest rigs for cross draw holsters, I have been kicking around this very thought. Al my hip holsters have a 15 degree forward cant. This should adapt nicely for that. Thanks for the idea!
  4. Very cool!

    Alaska Rig

Nice work Walter. Not a speed draw by any means is it? No other way to carry something that long.
  10. Very cool.
  11. Very nice work. I'm still on the fence about antiquing.
  12. Very nice work.
  13. Couple of days between other projects. Tooling is quick, dying is quick, molding takes time, sewing is quick, drying is the longest part.
  14. Welcome! Looking forward to seeing your work.
  15. Very nice Walter, you inspire me to tool more.

  17. Welcome. Look forward to seeing your work.
  18. Nice work! I do a lot of chest rigs, never thought about them being able to "break down". Nice looking as well.
  19. Very nice Walter!
  20. Welcome!
  21. I have 2 now. A siphon and a gravity fed. Both inexpensive, and both doing alright. I use a moisture trap and always spray before I get to the project. I'm new to this but really like the shading I get.
  22. Nice, clean, functional, and very pretty!
  23. No help from me but, what a great find! I'm sure someone will have some advice for you.
  24. I get my gloves from Costco. Much heavier than he ones I bring home from the hospital.
