The Seiko was the same as the Consew 757R-1 I believe. Consew later replaced it with the 757R-3 . Different feet. The feet that came on the Seiko SH-8B same as on their older flat bed. The only feet I can find are the 28472 and 27471. To make a left or right toe foot will mean remove toes and grinding the feet. I could find no other feet for that model machine.
Try these Consew numbers: #22859, 22860, 4410143800, 471015100. Good luck!

oh hell. That is like the Consew 746 but a flatbed version of a 441 style machine. Different feet though. You would have to contact Seiko or Consew to see what feet are available. I do not think 441 feet will fit.

Measure around the v groove in the 2 pulleys with string. It will give you an approximate length. Buy 3 belts. The size you come up with, one 1" longer, one 1" shorter. See what fits best and return other 2. You want 3L V belts.

ok You must enlarge the hole in both the feed dog and the throat plate to accommodate #138 thread. I always increase the top tension when using the #138. Also, where the thread goes in both the back and front of the finger tag as it clears the tab on each stitch, I slight shorten the tab as as well as round the corn slightly. This allows the thicker thread to better clear the tab on each stitch.
As to the parts list, the one i have for your machine is from 1989. That is the one for your specific machine. I have 335 parts list from 1950- 2017.

Ok. Tell me what you need specially. parts list? Operations manual? mechanics manual? all three if I have them? The 1245 was superior to the Consew 226 just so you know. I have sewn on and owned both.

ok you need the spring and cup for the top tension unit, the long tension bar, thumb screw and nut, the clamp, washer and wing nut. that I can see. You have the long bar i believe. Also a foot, thread adjustment clamp, thumb screw and gib.

OK. question. You have the contact info for the German gentlemen that has a web site in Germany that sells Adler parts and has old shoepatcher manuals on his site. I for the love of god cannot find it. Thanks in advance C.

late 80's machine. Probably a B class with high lift. Nice machine. Uses #92 thread top and bottom. Can use #138 thread but has to have a few modifications on it.
