  1. Yes Singer 111 feet fit 1341 machines
  2. pics of the machine please
  3. 269 a great machine. i had one. Parts for the Juki 1341,1342 are not that cheap as well. glenn
  4. Also consider Adler 269. In same class as the Juki 1341, 1342. glenn
  5. Best machine of the 3. I owned one. Smoother running than either Adler or Singer. You did good. Greased Lighting is great for cleaning up machines glenn
  6. sewing machine oil will work fine glenn
  7. Not factory. That was a custom made job. Nice
  8. I found someone in NC here in the states that has two of the assemblies but he is swamped until early January. Get me an emails so I can put you in contact with him. glenn
  9. If it has all the toys. plain jane not nearly that high glenn
  10. You have to decide if you need a flatbed or cylinder arm if buying one machine. If buying a cylinder arm and you want the best, Juki 2342, DA669, or DA869. If a flatbed, for the money, Juki 2810, DA867, Mauser 2625. DA will be most expensive. All are plain Janes, no toys. If buying two machines, your budget probably dictates clones. As Wiz said, post might be an option as well. I have a DA669 Eco. The Cadillac in that narrow cylinder arm class. The machines I mentioned are all 3rd generation machines. The 1341,1342, 1541S are all 2nd generation machines! glenn
  11. -Do not know if is the same as the 1508N. Checked. It is the same Part # B1401-053-000. Check to see if that is your part number on what you ordered. If generic, return it and order genuine from Juki Dealer -Second tensioner just makes it easier to adjust the tension -I use up to #138. You can run #207 on top I believe. Use #138 in bottom. glenn
  12. my early 1508 needle bar measures 6.25mm glenn
  13. I have one just like it. First year they came out. Only one tension assembly. Same as LU562,563. Came out in 1999-2000. Juki reworked some things including the tension assembly and came out with the 1508N in 2001 i believe. Put the 750 watt motor on it glenn
  14. Clickers have a very solid base. You can lift them with a fork lift. You have to get it up enough to put 4x4 under them. A pallet jack will also lift it up enough to get 4 x 4 under it. Then bolt the (2) 4 x 4's to the clicker. I have moved clickers before. If moving and transporting them some place, drain the gallons of oil out of the machine first. You move it and oil will spill which is a mess. I use the the pallet jack to lift the machine, put blocks of wood under not blocking the bolt holes. Cut 4x4 to go front to back. Drill 4x4 for bolt holes, recess bottom of hole and bolt to machine with dead recess in the bottom. Bolts are upside down. Lift up machine with pallet jack and remove blocking. Lower machine on to the floor with it resting on the 4x4's. Now can be moved with either pallet jack or forklift. glenn
  15. Juki better machine than the Consew. 245,246 will sew ever so much heavier than the 277 Consew. 341 is the next heavier sewing machine. glenn
  16. Order a new tension spring and adjustment screw. That one is bent. Once you get the new one, you can see how the old one was rebent. Cheaper than a new bobbin case. glenn
  17. grab it. Genuine and very hard assembly to find. Not cheap but worth it. glenn
  18. Call Ralph's Sewing in Denver. When Singer got out of the industrial sewing parts business, I think they bought all the parts. Give them the parts numbers glenn
  19. Clone of a Juki 243 which is flat bed version of a 441? glenn
  20. Contact Randall Campbell in Texas. for a price for your Juki. Also dealers in California. glenn
  21. I would say 65 kgs. at least. glenn
  22. They can sew 3/8" as long as leather is not too hard. Lift is at least 1/2" if like an Adler 269. Will handle #207 thread on top. glenn
  23. White ones are newer. Ferdco used Juki 441 to build the Pro 2000. You can also contact Hoffman Brothers in Chicago. They sell the Pro 2000 and bought everything from Ferdco when they closed. You trying to get them going? The heads have parts missing but look pretty good. These machines not cheap so getting them back up and sewing would be advantages money wise. People looking for them. I see at least 4 of them there. The high lift version could sew 1 3/16" if i remember. glenn
  24. Juki should still make the parts. Contact MJ Foley in Detroit. They are the Master Distributor for Juki in North America. glenn
  25. Contact Siska in NJ. They rebuild all types of eyelet, rivet, grommet machines and make dies. I have had them make a few for me. glenn
