try with another new needle I have a 69 too and when i have this type of problem it's because i have a pressure important in the needle thread. ( when the bobbin thread is visible on top )

if the underthread goes up it means that you have stretched your thread too much if you put pictures it will be better. I don't know what V92 stands for

I got into the habit of holding my thread at the back at least for the first stitch after I let it go. but several times I forgot to pick up the thread and I have never had any problems or bad remarks from my machine.

I use clear/transparent liquid neoprene glue for many years and I am delighted with it, in France the name is Limpipréne but in the US the equivalent is something like this.
