PastorBob Posted March 13, 2023 Report Posted March 13, 2023 (edited) Finished this up for a client. First big project on the Class 4. Used the new attachments from @Patrick1 that @Tim Schroeder recommended. 277 top thread, 207 bottom thread, 25 needle. Drum dyed Hermann Oak, except liner. it's for a Ruger .45 LC Single Action. Customer signed the invoice before he left. Scanned it the signature to use for laser engraving his name inside. Burned off the thread ends after pics. I wanted to recreate that and realized I had his sig. Thanks for the compliments. 1 hour ago, Frodo said: Love the white thread contrast excellant job! Thanks. He absolutely did not want a brown floral pattern. Said he wanted black. I actually used Natural thread to get the contrast. 1 hour ago, Brokenolmarine said: Nice Work. Did you use a pattern or work it out yourself? He actually brought one of his dad's belts and said, "make it like this, but 3" shorter. I was able to use the existing gun belt as a pattern. I used @Dwight or @JLSleather method for bullet loops. The original belt used stitching between each loop. 1 hour ago, Littlef said: That looks really sharp! Thank you sir. Whatever the customer wants...be happy to assist if I can. 3 hours ago, bladegrinder said: That gun belt looks awesome Bob! Thanks! Lots of fun making it. One holster ended up in the trash. ouch!
