  1. Good looking coat Luke. I'm sure he's quite proud of it. Do you have any pictures of other stuff you've made?
  2. Looks good Kev. I like your linings, too. Keep it up.
  3. Welcome to the forum. Looks better than my first attempt, too. Keep practicing. Keep reading and watching good instructional materials and you'll get better. The main thing is to learn the basics and practice them before you try more advanced stuff. That and always have fun.
  4. Very nice work, Kevin. Do you think you could come up with a tutorial on how to do vector art from a picture? I have been trying to figure that out for some time now.
  5. Dude, that's killer! Do you have any with other faces on them? That's great looking work.
  6. Regardless of what type of leather is used for the lining, the gun shouldn't be stored in the holster. It's the tannic acid in the leather that will eat your finish.
  7. Very nice work. I use velcro on mine because of the risk of breaking the screen. freak, where do you get those magnets?
  8. broncobuster, where do you get bulk chain from? Is it the chrome dog lead kind or something different. I have been looking forever and can't find what I want.
  9. Nice work. Love the Mexican round braid. I noticed that you're holding the watch to the band with snaps. Does that hold well enough to use it with heavier watches? I've got a Seiko divers watch that I need to make another band for.
  10. The color is awesome. How'd you get that look?
  11. Nothing wrong with that one howard. The edges look really great. Post some more pices when you take it ot of the sun. I'd be curious to see how it changes.
  12. That's really beautiful work, Roger. Whoever that's going to will be very pleased.
  13. Kev, I had to buy a spool of orange for a job, still not my favorite color. :-) It's good to be back. When I get my shop straightened up, I hope to be able to show some more stuff.
  14. Really clean lines, Roger. Great looking tooling.
  15. Very nice Kevin. What are the dimensions? Do you make the insides yourself? If so, how heavy is the leather?
  16. Very cool idea. Someone else asked, and I'm curious as well, is there any type of retention system in this rig? Very good work.
  17. I picked up the tattoo designs book as well. The designs in it weren't as good as I had hoped they would be, but there were enough to make it worth buying.
  18. Mike's right. They are a great resource to have. Each issue has a pull out pattern section for all of the projects they show. They do a lot of step by step type articles and even accept articles from readers. Really good magazine, too bad it's only bi-monthly.
  19. Hey Luke, are those live shells on that guitar strap? I'm about to incorporate something similar into a seat and I was wondering if you used live shells, or dumped the powder out or got dummies or what.
  20. Definitely something to be proud of. I want to do one when ( if ) I ever get time.
  21. I use Pecards to waterproof my stuff. It really beads water up. You can get it online.
  22. I like that smooth look. That's a very nice saddle.
