  1. I do agree about the scrolling photos (somewhat uncontrollable). The graphics are fine and very thorough descriptions. I was able to navigate from page to page fast though. I don't know if I'd change much.
  2. I prefer a plastic shovel. It's lighter weight (quieter too) and if you have alot to shovel it's easier on the back. Here in Indiana we've had a few bad snow storms here and there so I'm used to shoveling. I'm hoping I won't have to get mine out too much this winter.
  3. Ewww! I don't know about getting the smell out but, of course lets ask the woman to do the dirty job!! Typical!
  4. Very nice... I went to your web site to look. I see you sell split rivets. How are split rivets used? I don't know how they work or anything about them. Thanks
  5. I like!! Show us the finished product too. Thanks
  6. Whether a prop or an actual agency badge they sure look IMPRESSIVE! Nice looking. And congratulations on the big order.
  7. Umm, I'll take the gold colored ladies jacket and the log cabin please!! Nice stuff.
  8. David, I like your newly updated website! Just went to it. Nice.
  9. Thanks Wizcrafts for the information on linen thread. I needed that. Thanks for asking about linen JimC!
  10. Nice effect, I like it done with the air brush too. Looks real good!
  11. Thanks for all the replies everyone. And thanks for the photo Dwight. That helps.
  12. Thanks Pete I'll check that out and I'll try without border... dirtclod- I thought of that but I've never petal lifted. I would like to learn but I need the tool to do this also.
  13. Also because it's on black I can't get any depth to show up so I have to make up for that in how I bevel or tool.
  14. Leather workers, Here is a photo of what I'm working on. I need this to look like a bullet hole and it will be in black leather. I got the image off of the internet but when tooled it looks like a odd flower. I need depth where the bullet goes through and any suggestions otherwise I'd appreciate. Thanks a bunch!
  15. Has anyone on here tried Eco-Flo easy carve conditioner? I thought I'd try it since I felt I was getting some drag when carving. The result I got was I had no control over the swivel knife. I was all over the leather and the knife would slip farther than my stopping point. It almost would even drag worse. Couldn't make smooth a radius....My other question is should I sharpen my knife rather that strop? Maybe I've stropped off my nice edge? Suggestions please!
  16. Those are really nice! They look very high quality.
  17. That's got to be some interesting reading!!! Thanks for sharing.
  18. I make a series of elongated s shapes with the swivel knife and as you approach a corner shorten up the s to make the turn. Then I bevel.
