That's a nice wallet...the two one sets it apart. IMO a longer stitch would look better with the 1mm thread.

The thickness of the collar will affect the circumference . A collar made out of 1 ply measuring 20in from one end to another will have a bigger circumference then a collar that has the same length , made out of 2 plies.

Looks great in my opinion ...clean and simple...clear pictures, easy to navigate . Did you use a template ?

I believe there are few other sellers on EBay selling them for cheaper...some of them offer free shipping too. I would buy just one set first, check the quality and then buy the rest of them...or not...

The interior frame has the zipper pocket attached on one side and the pockets to the other side. It's pretty much same construction as a regular biker wallet

You can probably buy the Chinese ones for a bit cheaper...same books translated in Chinese. Look them up on etsy. The pictures are worth a thousand words...lol...I would say they are useful if you are getting into making wallets

It all depends on the press you have too. The size of the top plate is in direct correlation with the force of the press. You can only cut so much , as far as size goes, with a 5tone press for example, before parts will start breaking

There are few vids on Youtube showing a Lucris MA III cutting larger pieces...you just need a larger cutting board that you can move around . I am doing the same thing on my clicker press that has a round top plate 12in diameter

No curved posture collars yet. I do have a small clip on YouTube putting together one of these collars...not the best pictures but it will get you an idea of how I did the padding. Just look up MollossMaster

Here are few collars I just finished...10oz leather , double ply , 2in wide ...the padding is 2.5in wide made out of 2-3oz upholstery leather . Any comments are more then welcome

Hello and welcome from...Brampton...You are not alone...lol...

OTB has a very small version ...probably too small and flimsy though ...you should heck them out anyway. I might be able to get my hands on some nice ones...brass and SS...simple but sturdy enough. If so, I will make sure to let you know.

I just added a new picture in my gallery along with a small description of few mods I did to my CB 4500 that allows me to sew close to the edge even on light leather...2ply of 3-4oz

Both dog collars are a bit over 2.5in wide...that will give you an idea how big the O rings in the center are...they are not suitable for wallets as they are way too big and too heavy for that particular application .

I liked the seam in the middle...that's a nice looking wallet!!!

That's a nice looking collar...the white padding and the nickel hardware makes a nice contrast with the brown .

Around 5/8in long. I am gonna use them for my wallets to attach the chain on. None of the eyelets I was trying have the tubes long enough..

Anybody knows where to find tubular rivets with a longer tube...some people use them on kydex sheaths...? Thank you !
