I would glue the liner first to a slightly larger piece of leather and then cut it to size

Had a tippmann for the longest time...switch to a 441 clone without a problem...never had a motor driven sewing machine before.

...and here is the airbrushed version with an embossed skull...I should have just diluted the die a bit for a cleaner laydown

6in wallet made out the 4-5oz European bend sold by Tandy. The whole wallet was stitched with the CB4500 using #138 thread. Airbrushing was done with a $20 PrincessAuto airbrush set Any comments are more then welcomed Thank you !

You can have the interior of the wallet made out of one piece too with a cut out in the center leaving 1/2in at the edges. It's like your 2 pieces being connected . This way you will have the same thickness all he way around. That's how I sell my biker wallet kits now...switch from 2 panels to one just for that particular reason.

I bought some interiors from Springfield and the outer part ( the shell) just glues to the interior and they were the same size . That's a nice wallet...the two one sets it apart. IMO a longer stitch would look better with the 1mm thread.

The thickness of the collar will affect the circumference . A collar made out of 1 ply measuring 20in from one end to another will have a bigger circumference then a collar that has the same length , made out of 2 plies.

Looks great in my opinion ...clean and simple...clear pictures, easy to navigate . Did you use a template ?

I believe there are few other sellers on EBay selling them for cheaper...some of them offer free shipping too. I would buy just one set first, check the quality and then buy the rest of them...or not...
