  3. Wow that sounds like a very cool WW2 collector's piece you have there thanks for the info very interesting I'm no expert at Restoration but it came out good enough that you can't tell where it was repaired .

  6. Very nice work and design I like the almost wood grain finish it looks beautiful sometimes leather can have a boring flat look yours does not .

  10. got it from the thread exchange on line it is very greasy stuff I'm not sure you can call what's on it wax it's just what I had at the time that would work I bought it just to see what it was like .

  12. Thank you for that. It was a lot of design work but at the same time a lot of fun. The shell bag design is next they need to work together, anyway thanks for the nice comment.
  13. Tandy makes a white glue that works great no smell I didn't like the idea at first but this stuff is strong and it's latex works really good.

Is the belt dedicated to the holster yes does he draw right handed or left right is that a snap buckle at the top of the holster no it's a quick disconnect and screws I think you can do this for 10.5 " with no problem it might even be better set the lower loop a bit more to the middle of the holster that would work even better you can adjust this holster more to the center of your chest he has it were he likes it but not how i would were it that's for sure it's a simple build make one and have fun with it if I can help let me know . I watched him use it in my shop I said to him no no It go's higher like this he said no no it go's like this got to say he draws that thing out like nothing I do know one thing he is in love with it. I've got deer meat bear meet home made wine and all new lighting in my Factory and home shops talk about pay backs I owe him . LOL

  22. Thanks so much for that I put a lot of time into the design so it could be entirely stitched on my Cobra 4 I'm now working on a shell bag to go with it .

This was a fun job I repaired this holster by saddle stitching with Embalming thread I colored the thread first and then saddle stitched it together the customer said he could not tell where the repair was as he for got which side needed repair the color and look of the embalming thread worked out beautiful fun stuff
