  1. well done, I appreciate you sharing the in process pics too. also in sharing that you did the stitching holes with the drill press. I have become interested in sheaths lately and it is nice to see how this was carried out.
  2. very well done. great job on the colors and finish.
  3. that is a very cool stool. did you re cover a stool you already had? nice job getting the leather tucked around to the bottom. I have never done anything like this but would imagine it could be tricky to get it to come out smooth with no creases or folds on the edges.
  4. Very nicely done. I like how that meander stamp gets the serpentine look down well.
  5. Just like others have mentioned the textures you have created are superb. Great job and I am sure your son will enjoy it.
  6. good to know thank you.
  7. Hi All. I have seen both granite and quartz slabs for sale and was wondering what the differences, Pro's and cons. I have not used either one as I have a couple of old marble slabs from my dad that i use on top of a hard rubber mat. is one better than the other or better for certain things? thank you.
  8. very nice smooth job. a useful piece for sure.
  9. Looks real good to me. I like how the color turned out.
  10. nice job on the projects, we are neighbors. Riverton here.
  11. what about using a piece of the silicone flexible cookware material that they make muffin pans and such out of? for a heat shield? also I have been involved with high power rocketry and we use nomex cloth as a heat shield for black powder ejection charges. the only problem is it is a bear to cut.
  12. looks impressive to me. I like how you you got the contours down.
  13. nice job. I went to check out a rendezvous this last weekend and this piece would have fit in nicely.... some bead work would look nice with this style.
  14. looks like a nice clean job to me and I like to colors.
