  1. So now I see what you did with them itty, bitty tiny feather of yours:-) As a huge lover of the Raven (as a living bird) I love these bracers...I wish I could have a look IRL Lil'Bro
  2. I love the combo of leather and hair, Super nice tooling too:-)
  3. I use the thicker silver Sharpie on dark leathers. Usually I have a poster board template and just tracing around that one. When I start cuting I cut just at the edge of the silver (inside edge) this way there will be no penmarks at all on the piece I'll use.
  4. Hi and Welcome to this friendly place:-) I have not seen anyone from Norway before but we are a few here from Sweden (I'm living in the US) If you write to Johanna here, she can open up the adult section for you, we are a few "toy makers" here. Have a great day//T

    Pebbler?

Hi SouthPaw, I have the tools from HideCrafters, number: PA003, PA004 & PA005. I had to wait for the smallest one around a month. Be sure to tell them that if any of them is out of stock you want to be on the list (back ordered?) to get it as soon as it's in again.

  7. Beautiful Marlon, I like the cleaness of it all and the vivid brading colors...Is there 2 tones of red/orange? It looks really cool on the picture:-) This work actually reminds me of someone (PM), I don't know if it's the coloring or the clean surfaces?

    New Website

Hi Barry, Now, correct me if I'm wrong...In Columbus last fall, did'nt you have some plexiglass leather slicker (with wood handle) of sorts, a big one for slicking a flat surface? I can not find it on your webpage or calalog so I'm starting to think I need some pills or so *LOL*...Thanks//Tina
  10. Hi and great Thanks:-) It is (was?) "Fiebing's highlite" Now when I try to make searches I can't find it? It's an antiquing that do not ad any color to the leather, just that black antique finish in the groves. I really hope I can fins some more when the bottle is empty... Some editing: I think I found it...Fiebing's Antique, they do have a "color" neutral.
  11. Simply Love your eagles Clay, ther're sooo realistic and the feathers...Superb
  12. Have a great day//Tina

  14. I have never used Relolene but I have, and I do still use the acrylic finishes from Angelus, 3 of them (matt, satin and gloss). In my experience they are the same (?) as the Super/Satin sheen etc, I don't see no difference.

Gorgeous, The thing that catches my eyes most is the colors, absolute beautiful work Peter and Thanks for sharing :-)
  19. On most hides I'm using "Sharpie's"...Black on bright colored hides and silver on very dark hides. I always use them on the flesh side.

    Pebbler?

I just love my pebble tools... I had some good pictures of the effect, the first one as you can see just tooled. The second part is dyed and then I had some antiquing on it.
  23. Just sharing some traditions with you all Here in the US we have a potluck. There's so many of us so that's the most sensible thing to do. My husband always makes our part, my American cocking is not something I'm good at all I have to say that this time of the year I do long to get to my side of the family, it's hard to be away from kids and grandkids...I thought I might show you some pictures of a couple of typical Swedish X-mas tables, so called smorgasbord (meaning sandwich table) We celebrate x-mas on the 24th You'll find the star of the table being the semi salted ham, then meatballs, pickled herring in many flavors, smoked salmon, graved salmon, ribs, smoked lamb, sausages, eggs and million more...And my absolute favvo, Jansons temptation, a gratin with potatoes, onion, loads of cream and a specially flavored anchovies. . Have a Merry Christmas everyone:-)
