@Ferg I can't find that button on my phone, but I'm motivated enough to look at it on the desktop tomorrow morning. This guy is a troll. -

I think it's great. -
I bought a palmgren 1/2 ton press from Amazon and it already had a 3/8 hole in it. They also have a 1 ton unit. You might spend a little more than harbor freight but, then you don't have to do anything to it.

I like that idea, thanks Gary.

Dang that's a deal! I'm sure you won't have it for long.

@koreric75 I was wondering if you wanted to take on more of those straps/belts? I still haven't found a place for that tub full yet. -

There is no more room to be had. And once I learn how to use them I should be good to go on whatever I want to make. -

Well I have two machines now. Where the desk is I am planning a long narrow bench with storage underneath. To the right of the desk I will make wall to wall shelving infront of that door. The wall to the left side of the desk is where my cabinet bank work area is as well as another door into the room. The wall behind the desk will get French cleats with clamps above the narrow bench to assist in long side cutting. It will probably make a good strap tooling area as well, if I ever decide to get into that. -

It's just taking up to big of a foot print. I installed a cabinet bank and plan to use that as myain work station. -

@JerseyFirefighter that thing is huge. I'm sure you will get a lot of good use out of that monster. It's way too big for my tiny shop room though. I think I am going to get three of those bins and put them on a French cleat system. I also have an idea for a narrow side cutting bench. Stay tuned for that one in the future. Now, I just have to give up my giant steel teacher's desk. I hate to lose it. It was one of my best ever 20 dollar purchases. -

I am just guessing. Maybe a vegtan split that has been embossed? Or maybe vegtan pig?

I may have to incorporate a little bit of everything. My leather room is only about 8x9 feet. The ceiling is an interesting option I hadn't thought of. I also have a 206rb1 and a cb 3200 in this small room, with plans for a spray booth at the window. I also have a 3x5 steel desk that I may have to get rid of. But, I keep trying to figure out how to keep that giant thing. I just love it. -
Basketweave belt
bikermutt07 replied to Jack1970's topic in Purses, Wallets, Belts and Miscellaneous Pocket Items
That is a wicked belt. Beautiful layout and execution. -
If they are within driving distance, I would go to them. The dealers here in the States are known for helping the customer along as far as showing the ins and outs of the machines. Then take the head off and store it securely. Flip the table upside down and haul it home. Just four bolts holding the head down. Putting it back together was easy enough for me.

Well I have made a few purchases that came with stuff. And some big clearance days at tandy? And there was that incredible deal on line 24 brass snaps that @IHL had. A few of the lots I have purchased came with a lot of hardware. Wired thing is, I don't even use much hardware. It just keeps accumulating. -
So, I'm reworking my leather room as most of you know. I still have a ways to go, but I'm hitting a road block on all this random hardware I have acquired over the last 4 years. I have about 65 bucks on a home Depot gift card that I could use. Do you guys use wall mount units with tubs, tool box style organizers, or what? Everything is going to need it's own place for it to all fit. Any suggestions? Thanks. There of these could put a dent in what I have and I could wall mount them. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-28-Drawer-Small-Parts-Organizer-222169/205053254
