I adapted this idea from a piece I saw. Wanted to see if it could work on leather. A lot more finishing to do but it is coming along. It is about 8x10. Thinking about it as the front of a journal or notebook.

Trying to decide to go for color or not but I like the way it turned out!

Conway....Arkansas!?!? Haven't been there for more than a few years. Used to got to what they used to call SCA(State College of Arkansas). Friend of mine and I used to go down to Palorm(Spelling) Creek early on Saturday morning and collect a bag of Cotton Mouths for a biology teacher there at SCA. Paid us $5 a piece. That usually kept us in Boones Farm Stawberry Hill for the rest of the weekend. Conway and the surrounding areas like Lake Conway and Mayflower are very strange and interesting places.

Here is an idea. Try experimenting with Elmers glue and a syringe. It takes a bit of practice but the drops dry clear and it can generate a cool effect. Storm
