  2. will get measurement today for you. Been crazy the last few days. I need to send you some pics. You have an email? glenn
  3. ok You must enlarge the hole in both the feed dog and the throat plate to accommodate #138 thread. I always increase the top tension when using the #138. Also, where the thread goes in both the back and front of the finger tag as it clears the tab on each stitch, I slight shorten the tab as as well as round the corn slightly. This allows the thicker thread to better clear the tab on each stitch. As to the parts list, the one i have for your machine is from 1989. That is the one for your specific machine. I have 335 parts list from 1950- 2017. glenn
  4. The manual you got is from a Pfaff series older than the machine you purchased. It will work though. I think I have a later copy as well. glenn

  16. late 80's machine. Probably a B class with high lift. Nice machine. Uses #92 thread top and bottom. Can use #138 thread but has to have a few modifications on it. glenn
  17. Everything seems to be there. Machine needs a good cleaning. glenn
  18. First thing you do is clean the machine up so you can work on it. Rusty and dirty. I do not work on any machine until it is clean so I can see what is going on with it. glenn
  19. When timing a shoepatcher, the bobbin and hook to sits on top of the shuttle carrier has to come back to 10:00 meaning it has to go back past the needle. Needle is at 9:00. If it doe not go past that before it starts forward, will never pick up the bobbin thread. The eccentric screw and nut is what you adjust to advance or retard the travel of the hook to the needle. glenn
  20. C, That machine has been fobarred a little. I think I can fix it. Some parts needed. What the hell went in #4??? The lifter to manually lift the foot is correct. glenn
