  10. Huh, I apply neatsfoot with my hands, I was taught that way by my grandpa and have never thought twice about it. He had a saddlery and harness shop and was a third generation maestro. He always felt that the leather needed to be handled, but he always claimed that items have souls and needs. He was a different kind of feller, but I still miss him. RIP
  11. I grabbed a baseball from walmart and hope to have time to recover this puppy. I know how to make the baseball stitch.... but I can't see how the ended the stitch.. it doesn't look like they backstitched it, can anyone clear this up for me?. tnx Geo

  14. Perhaps the flap is also 2 layers sewn then turned Inside out as well, then lace with round leather cord
