well I wouldn't be doing anything to intricate at first. I suppose I could limit any carving to the flatter parts of the holster or sheath . Guess I'll just have to give it a try see how it works out.Thanks for replying

I mostly do wet molding knife sheaths and gun holsters . I've never do any carving but would like to try, But is the wet molding gonna mess up any carving work

I messed up the 2 inserts I had , I ordered a couple more to see if I cam make a decent wallet.waiting mode now LOL

sure you can pull tabs to outside but that doubles the with of the wallet.

I dont see a wayg to sew them on so it works I took one and cut the flaps off and just glued directly to leather. But not sure if the glue is enough and will hold up over time.
