  4. I know this belt has some sort of sentimental value to you but its really not worth trying to fix. You should get a leather worker to make you a nice quality leather belt that will outlast you. I'm sure someone could duplicate this belt for half the price and much better quality . Just my opinion FWIW
  5. you can make stamps with a laser engraver/cutter. I've made them out of Delrin and acrylic
  6. need more pictures . there many ways to reduce picture size fotosizer for one free
  7. I would try wetting it then take something really smooth and go back and forth gently over the crease .

  14. Veg tan is fairly stiff. if you want to make it more pliable there are several leather conditioners out there. Rub some Mink oil into the raw leather , or google leather conditioners.
  15. I hope it works OK for you. I to have hand troubles, my 60 watt co2 cuts 7-8 oz veg tan in one pass. It also engraves very fine details when I use low power.I realize the cost difference is substantial but I found it worth the difference. also no wife to answer to LOL
  16. Ferg I have a 60 watt Rabbit co2, sure I could make smaller holes but then you still have the black soot getting the thread and black when sewing. I just find the chisels make much cleaner and neater holes
