Well they'll be a hattin ya again. Thanks all for the kind words. I decided to go ahead and add some color like i originally planed. I wanted it to look a little rough, you know like a old saddle. Anyway i like the way it turned out . I think he'll be more then pleased with it. I also added a little extra feature . You'll have to watch the video to see it. It can't be captured on picture. One of my all time fav bands is a Celtic punk band. The one that plays the pipes is always in full dress. therefore many times alot of people will show up wearing a kilt as well. I could see a lot of punker chicks wearing that . I wouldn't mine seeing my lady wearing that. Nice job !!

I completely understand, completely. When i first realized that it didn't matter what , i just needed to make something. I made a hand full of wristbands. I made the bigger type , oh about 2" to 2-1/2" thick with two straps. It was a small area for alot of tooling or a big area for little tooling. Letters, oh the letters and the small detail . Well it was small detail to me at the time. Just draw something and then put it on leather. I have about 15 pieces of leather cut at odd shape. They all average about the size of a piece of paper or half that. I've tooled diff things on each one just trying diff ways of tooling. Then later these are great for practicing dying techniques.

I've used tape the few times i used anything. When i take the tape off i have a nasty looking mess going on. What do you do about that ?

Not knowing what i was missing as all my tools come from TLF. I was blown away at the 07 show by the diff in tools . Not just TLF craftool from Berry's, But from one vendor to the next. I grabbed a few bevels and a few other tools from him. Worth ever penny, hell i feel like i got a deal really . Top quality tools form what i could see. Plus i like the way they tool. I'm looking forward to making another purchase from him.

hoe lee carp man ... you did that in an hour...?!! It would take me atleast an hour to cut the leather and assemble it. NIce job and i bet he loves it.
