  2. Don't know why she hasn't updated her website, but she has gone out of business and is retiring. Sounded like it was prompted by some sort of disagreement with her supplier. Look for her on Facebook. Linda Brown SJtunSepco ntnosoor1edoe4 · Knotty Linda is entering the final stages of her retirement sale and is offering full spools of Canadian Pink (Soft Pink) Kangaroo Leather Lace, in any available width, for just $50.00 each. In addition, all other colours of Kangaroo Leather Lace, in all widths from 2 mm to 5 mm, in both hanks and spools, are now on sale at 50% off! Please email Linda Brown at knottylinda@gmail.com to request a retail price list, colour chart and inventory of remaining Kangaroo Leather Lace; and, of course, so you can obtain your spool of Canadian Pink at this deeply discounted price! Warmest regards, Linda Brown One of her posts sounded like she passed on her contacts to Longview Leather. See their post on Facebook. They now supply kangaroo lace.
  3. There is a thread https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/15122-how-to-post-pictures-on-lw/?do=findComment&comment=551171 that has some helps for resizing photos. Even for the iPad. There are online sites too.
  4. bermudahwin hasn't been on this site since August 19, 2019. This is an old post (in the wrong forum). I will be locking this thread and archiving it in old/sold.
  5. OP hasn't been on the site since May 10. So I am archiving this. Locking and moving to Old/Sold.
  6. Thanks for adding the photos. You can use various apps or software to reduce the size of your photos. 800x600 or 1024x768 pixels is adequate size for most details to be seen. Smaller files are also great for people on the fringes of the internet that take a long time for larger files to download. Some helps are located in this thread. https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/15122-how-to-post-pictures-on-lw/?do=findComment&comment=551171
  7. Just wanted you to be aware for future posts. Also add a post to clarify your shipping if you aren't happy with shipping world wide. Some locations get very expensive. Happy to have you here, as we can all learn from each other as we proceed down the road of life.
  8. @mrwatch A picture or two would help so we can see what you are trying to describe.
  9. @YourToolinBuddy Moved your post to the Marketplace where it should have been posted. Your offer of free shipping may come back to bite you. This is a global forum, so you may be asked to ship anywhere in the world! Please read the marketplace rules and comply https://leatherworker.net/forum/forum/70-announcements/
  10. Perhaps you could describe some of your work here instead of relying on your website. The website feels very impersonal. with discussion here, and a few photos with your explanations would be a better way for us to get to know you better.

  18. A google search for just the model number https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=305-64+sewing+machine yields the following:
  19. The IP address resolves to 191.96.67.251 Tomsk, Tomsk Oblast, 634003, Russian Federation
  20. I rode bareback for years as a kid cause I couldn't afford a saddle. I remember riding someones horse with a saddle one day. Couldn't get the feel, was bouncing all over the place. Had to kick my feet out of the stirrups! Then my ankles were getting clobbered by the stirrups flapping all over the place. Wasn't too interested in a saddle anymore!
  21. @Nbocc Moved your post to leather sewing machines.
  22. Read this thread for many suggestions.
  23. @Peterjolly Moved your post to leather sewing machines.
  24. It would be a good idea to post each machine in a separate thread. Then as each is sold, the thread can be archived in Old/Sold. Your original post in this thread is fine. It keeps the context for the series of posts. Good luck on the sale of these machines. (Now if I had the space and wasn't so far away, I would be sorely tempted! I already have to many things and too much to do.)
