It's a Cabbage Chopper.....I would not waste my time with it.

Bison i have did it before, wet the Leather well, let it dry some. cross your fingers and hold your breath, then hope the letters dont bounce if you are stamping the name, then again if you are carving the letters, i think it would be o k.....But you might have water marks..... Yes there are Varables!!!

That being the case i do beleive you have a Servo-Motor.. Glad it is up and running............

Why make an Awl ? just use the largest needle you have . that is what i do. if i am punching holes in thick leather, i will dampen it first.

Old Toby..... i hate to say this, But.. find some one in your area of the county that will take the Patch machine in trade, if you could find a singer 31-15 machine to do the sewing that you want to do you will be much better off... "I have been there and done that." i m h o....

Since i cain't find the Brewers Pitch that i want, i have started covering glass flask type bottles. Wet molded and hand stich, with a hand woven carrying strap.

If it were me i would cut the holster just where the sight needs to clear the leather -

I did buy the 1/2 ton press and i am not pleased wirh the results with printing the 3-d stamps. It seems like i am getting 1-1 pressure , mabey i should bought the 1-Ton press. imight need a longer arm to pull down. What i wanted to use it for was embossing plates that i have had for a while. so not print the 3-d stamps,nor the embossing plates like i thought it should

yes his work is excellent and i have no problem with the material he makes the stamps from.
