    If the original was Only Glued that is what i would do... But if i were to replace the Velcro i would sew it back on. probably $20.00-$25.00......

    Box Alarm.... check out the Tandy 'Knobby Rivets'. that is the best i can do. they are used on bottoms of purses & cases.

    Yes, i do heat my edge creaser, not all the time but on special projects. It makes a fine looking edge crease. You will have to experement on the right amount of heat. I use a Heat Gun to heat the edger.

    A very nice looking Bag. if you would line it with some thin Veg Tan leather that should add body to the bag and elimanite the streching.
