    Your Glue Pot needs cleaning.......... I prefer Masters Cement, it is a little thinner. but i do have the same problems as you do. Yes i add the thinner like you. What i use it the plastic container tha i got at Tandy, is seems like i can get a better air tight seal with it.

    Ray there are a lot of good machines out there and this is one of them........ clinder arm.....servo motor.....flat bed table attachment, if and when i need it. also it has a compound walking foot. the machine is set up for 69 size thread or can be re set for size 138 thread in a jiffey. try the Juiki out.

    Jack i wished i could be of more help to you, what i would do is to buy a pair of leather gloves that would fit the hand that you need it on, and then take leather away or add to it. hope this helps you.

    You can do the repair yourself.... But use Barge or Masters Contac cement. I wouuld open the lining up some and apply the patch, sew the lining back up, weare the jacket and enjoy the $$$$$$$ that you saved....

    Buy the Bianchi DVD you'll never regret it, it has been very helpful to me. Yes he will teach you to make Gunbelts, No he won't teach you to use the Bag punch to cut slots for attaching the Bullet loops . He will teach you to ues your sewing machine for that job.
