    Fiebings Oil Dye...........little black in dark brown also the Hot Water darkened it up some. ( these are the last of the Real Bewers Pitch)

    Hey Kid , try these ........they are easy to pattern. 8-9 oz elk for the uppers and 9-10oz soles they will not wear out soon......

    Do a search for "Montana Pitch Blend" or another product called"Skidmores" both of them have Bees Wax in them. This might be your other choice to try. my 2 cents..

    i tried..... the only buckle i could find in nickle, is 2 1/2" roller buckle.
