sorry to tell you that, you will need to punch the holes before you glue the holster together. or use a drill bit and drill stiching holes after you assembly the holster.

the catalog for that price was sent out last year. call them and ask for a new catalog. sometimes it is more economical to print a price list than a new catalog. Tandy is doing the same thing.
