  1. Beautiful work although I don't care for the square cut. To me they look like they're wearing a short person's chaps. We all have different tastes. You did a great job on them. I really like your work. Art
  2. I was looking at the same thing Mike. Other than that it looks great. Here are some pictures of what Mike is talking about. Art
  3. Looks good Elton. I'd like to see some bigger & clearer pictures. I'm going to be doing a seat like that on the one I'm working on. Was it very hard to do? Art
  4. Great design and I really like the color. Art
  5. I got mid grade (89 octane) for $2.44 a gallon this morning. Art

  7. Beautiful belt! How did you know my size? I'll send you my address to mail it to! LOL Great work. Art
  8. I got a piece from a friend that just redid his counter tops. I also borrowed a diamond (dry) circular saw blade from another coworker to cut it with. Ii cut through as easy as cutting a piece of wood. Tape where you cut so that it won't chip and go slow. I used my router to cut a section out of my workbench to place it in so that it would be even with the bench top. I used silicon around the edges so there would be no gaps. Art
  9. I grew up watching Roy Rogers movies on TV every Sunday after church. He was my hero growing up. It was a easy going time back them. I just bought a 3 CD set of Roy's old music. Happy times. I guess every time I ride I still feel a little like 'ol Roy. Art
  10. Wow that is beautiful work! If I ever finish my second saddle I was going to post some pictures but after looking at the last few posted here I think I'll keep it to myself. I love seeing this quality of work. It's very inspiring. Art

That was me that asked. Cool. Is it hard to do that? Do you buy the supplies at a craft shop? Thanks, Art

That looks great. I would love to see more pictures and a bigger shot of it. Where did you get the non leather parts? Art
  18. I hope everything is ok Tom. We had high winds and a rotten pine tree fell on our house. Just slight damage to shingles and roof vent. It totaled out above ground pool though. I don't mind since we haven't used it in years. Since the boys got older they're gone all the time and when it's pretty enough to swim we're usually riding. Art
  19. Great job! I really like the design. Art
  20. Beautiful job Ed. My wife loves it. Are the tabs on the spine just to give the lather extra support there? I'm glad you're making more covers. Maybe that means more people are reading their Bibles! Art
