  3. I have the Tandy version and it is better than my hand skiving for sure. I would love a crank splitter though. Must ask, what does "lap skiving" mean????
  4. I wrapped a modelling tool handle in scarlet stained leather and found I quickly developed red finger. I bet I have a nephew somewhere in Australia with a red wrist from scarlet eco-flow.....hopefully he doesn't figure it is from his leather bracelet I made him. Seal it really well with acrylic or use oil based. Live, learn

  11. Looks cool and a bit intimidating! What is the meaning of the symbol above the skull? To me it is an Ohm symbol for electrical resistance, not sure what it is in zombie speak

  16. That is funny and familiar. My first 'bigger' project was my daughter's i-pad case with a Snoopy image on it. I showed it to her before I stitched the front cover and there was no way she was giving it back to me to finish. So it is complete there.I did manage to seal the surface to protect it.

  22. Great advice Slick Just be careful on E-Bay.....look carefully at what the items are, know what you want to spend and don't get sucked into a bidding war. It's and auction remember you get some good stuff and some not so hot. You can re-sell what you don't need.
