    Hundred Dollar cobbler machines I bought one it cost me more than that to go get it because you don't want to ship one of those they are to fragile but good luck on that one.

    The big thing is make sure you wear a good pair of solvent proof gloves don't get that crap on your hands.

    I have made at least 5 exactly like yours on mine the stitched part was about 1/2 " thick I would make up that part then bandsaw the pieces out sand them then assemble the holster it's really funny to see the same thing nice job on that .

    Wow that sounds like a very cool WW2 collector's piece you have there thanks for the info very interesting I'm no expert at Restoration but it came out good enough that you can't tell where it was repaired .

    Very nice work and design I like the almost wood grain finish it looks beautiful sometimes leather can have a boring flat look yours does not .

    got it from the thread exchange on line it is very greasy stuff I'm not sure you can call what's on it wax it's just what I had at the time that would work I bought it just to see what it was like .

    Thank you for that. It was a lot of design work but at the same time a lot of fun. The shell bag design is next they need to work together, anyway thanks for the nice comment.

    Tandy makes a white glue that works great no smell I didn't like the idea at first but this stuff is strong and it's latex works really good.
