Holster Thumb Break Hardware ?
Itch replied to Itch's topic in Gun Holsters, Rifle Slings and Knife Sheathes
I ordered 100 1 1/4" in black and received them from The blue gun store very quickly Thanks for the great service.. They look good but I hope they dont rust as they stuck pretty good to the magnet.. -
You would need a 1911 bluegun..The Kimber sight shows the custom II to be a 5 " barrel I believe.

Guys Thank you so much..Found what I was looking for at the Bluegun store. -
I am looking for the metal flat link that makes up the hardware for a thumb break. I have been using something that was plated but would like to find a supplier that offers more options such as size and maybe black powdercoat..Something along these lines. http://www.hipowersa...es/image004.jpg

I have no experience with either one of the above mentioned machines. I go over to my buddies shop and use his Randall 12 e strap cutter and this thing will eat 10-12 oz dry harness or Skirting no trouble at all. I am looking for one of these machines if anyone has a lead on one please let me know..

Dap Weldwood Vs. Barge
Itch replied to Matt T's topic in Dyes, Antiques, Stains, Glues, Waxes, Finishes and Conditioners.
We use wellwood contact cement and use to use barge wit good results.also have some water based white glue that works well with no fumes. But a quick story here the other day I had a flat tire on one of the pickup trucks,I got the tire plug kit out and the rubber contact cement was dry in the tube.I put the wellwood contact cement all over the tire plug and it has been holding air for 3 days and have been driving on it//Good Stuff..
