  1. Great job Folker, it looks vintage to this machine, no one would think it is a new decal
  2. Thanks for the info Dunluce, I will maybe try them again in the future.

  5. Hi Gordon ?? nothings come up here yet??
  6. HoHo.. nice one Gordon, not much info on these? seems a little different? Arch on the back bar and one piece material guide? Tension guides and front thread guide?? I can show you a couple of pictures of it threaded if that will help you?? Mine came incomplete, it needs the front tension spring, block and both screws..i Have them located for a fiver.. just need the screws. PM me with your email and i can send you a pdf of the parts list Gordon.
  7. Thanks for the link Folker, Yeah not my cup of tea either, but i could not see them going to the scrap!!
  8. Thanks Tom, I will check that out what you said about the pennants, and thanks for moving it. It is not my sort of machine, but it was dirt cheap so i could not bear seeing it go to the heap!!.
  9. Hi There, I Know this is not a Leather sewing machine, but was wondering if anyone has a Cornely K user manual or parts manual?? I would like to see how the cording parts are used/fitted on this machine, but i am finding it hard to find info. I have a Model A parts list and a Consew manual but was interested in seeing the cornely K if it exists??? and while i am at it, if anyone has a W&G S 200 straw hat sewing machine manual?? I can see the normal hidden silent stitch one but nothing on the S 200??
  10. Watch your back and don´t let it fall on the floor! That´s about all i can think of??
  11. https://www.ebay.de/itm/Pfaff-145-155-Ersatzteil-8450/293412785630?hash=item4450c3cdde:g:S~QAAOSwP~leFOEh Check this one out Soren??
  12. Looks like it has a two needle setup?? two tensioners...two take up arms??? and the wide needle bar at the bottom?? But i could be wrong Bob??
  13. No idea about those machines but taking a educated guess would say it is a ruffler??
  14. What is it doing that needs adjusted??
  15. After you take the pictures you will need to downsize them otherwise they will probably be too big to upload here. What i do is right click on the image-edit-resize- then change the pixel numbers from, say....4389 to 989. that way you get a good picture, but not so heavy to upload.
  16. Hey Bryan, If you could upload some pictures, they are worth more than a thousand words... That way people can see your threading of the machine and the shuttle in case something is missing.
  17. Looks like it is easier for Soren to find Pfaff´s??? I think these machine are taking their revenge on you for all of those years they have been mistreated
  18. If it is a new machine then i would get back to the seller and tell him before you ruin your guarantee.
  19. Glenn! your 35 year hunt has come to an end!!! tomorrow you will find the 29k21 you were looking for also i bet....... Thanks for that one Handstitched.....
  20. Two needle? that is an oddball, as you can see, above the catalouge is from 1907 and they did not include it there? I imagine adlers are harder to find over in the states?? You can get some real bargins over here if you look around, I just saw a 105 needle feed model go for €13!! in germany.... The only sort of oddball i have come across is the 17-10 i have in a box due to lack of space lol.... never could find pictures or original parts for that one?? the parts book is available but that´s it. I imagine you get parts machined to restore them Glenn??
  21. Yes Glenn, there were a few versions done of the 29k you do not hear much about, thinner ends, bigger bobbins, like you mentioned stitch length and lift.....
  22. I don´t know what the Landis type is like, but the Rodi has a bevel on each side. I tried doing the same with a plane blade, maybe a thinner one compared to the pictured lee valley blade, but the edge broke on me when i ran the leather through, so i gave up that idea??
