The one I did, I used poprivet washers to back up the leather area between binder and leather, and chicago screws with lock tight.

Great ideal using a pull nob, I've been using old wood thread spools.

Plan to try and get left and right and bolts and have a bushing threaded with left and right hand threads.But for now tee nut and 5/16 all thread with knob, will pick that up today along with a spring.

I bought some tools sometime ago, and found about 20 of those screwdrivers in the box. I would beleive the was quick change because of having sharp extra blades that was sharp. just my .02

The grand-daughter wanted a cover for her scrapbook, so i had this piece of leather that had a stain on it. And thought it would be something to practice on, so this is the frist thing I've done other than a belt. I seen many issues but would ask you to let me know what all I've done wrong, let me know so I may beable to get better. This is the frist thing other have my RC hobby that i have found that I like, I 've read about 50 percent of the post in the last 1-1/2 months. Thanks

Found what i needed it was a excel #2 handle.

Well started looking today for a handle for the bits 3 stores later i found a handle that would work (EXCEL #2) now i have 6 more tool bits that i can use.

Well now all i have to do is find one, that will be fun i am sure.

I would like to just say hey. Just retired and in need of something to keep me hopping always enjoyed hunting but can know longer do that so i've started doing RC Trucks leather working and tanning hides. So hello to all i.ve started learning just from the post i've been reading.
