Not so much as an oops, but my indecisiveness. Starting a project, "  do I make one of these? but I like the other ', but,  these are cool"  when I do finally choose, which carving pattern?  , theres so many. Takes for ever to decide .  By the time I've finally decided , its lunch time

Yup !! on knife sheaths , or forgetting to sew on belt  loops and realising after the case is assembled ...doh !!

Oh here’s a good one. I made this fly wallet to go with a fly rod reel,, case, I made for a friend.

but forgot to put a closure of any type on it. I didn’t realize it until  after  I had mailed it half way across the USA.

The folks who made wood putty in a squeeze tube made a fortune . . . 

Somebody making leather putty in a squeeze tube could follow suit . . . maybe they could golf together in Miami beach

Speaking of which...any guesses as to when to fill the propane tank?

Some of us got 500gallon tanks to fill.  It's a big bill but one that lasts all winter.  Filling it in the summer is much cheaper than filling it in the winter.

You should patent that . Might come in handy to repair scratches etc . A bit like body filler on a car, fill scratch ,  smooth out or sand,   dye over the top.
