I really like these Deneken.
Can you take a picture of the bag with the flap open so we can see under it. What shape does the soft portion have to be cut to in order to make these?
Is the armor front and back one piece? I don't see a seam but the hanger may be hiding it.
Thanks,
Art
I made one pair last year that didn't turn out so good. I tried to make them match my footprint outline but they ended up too big, especially in the front.
I haven't tried it since but I want to. They weren't very comfortable. I'd like to sew the front instead of lacing them but I'm afraid it would end up all cockeyed. Lacing was easier to match up holes.

A lot of folks don't have any pictures of themselves on the forum. Some have small ones on teh avatar but you can't really see them.
We get to know each other so well on this forum but would pass right by each other at a leather show or on the street.
Lets see a picture of yourself! I personally hate pictures of myself but what the heck.

I thought I was cleaning up my old files a while back. I didn't realize that when I did this it would remove the pictures from the posts also.
Sorry.

Cristiane,
You speak (well write) English better than most of us!
Your work is beautiful! I can see that we'll be learning a lot from you too!
Where did you get the closures on that corset? I've never seen any like that.
Welcome.

David,
There will be a good clinic in March for you in Asheville, NC that you may want to attend. It will have a class on saddle pattern making.
