    I have a Gatsby themed party coming up and thought I would give making a bowtie a shot, made one out of some cork fabric I had. Think my father (test subject) will be up for wearing this one. Think it came out OK for the first one done.

    Here is a mechanic belt I made this weekend with the initials "JD". I used a opened end wrench and an allen key to make the pattern on both sides of the initials. Thank you for looking!

    It is lined with 3 oz leather so adds to the durability, but I have made some card wallets with cork fabric that I made for a few of my buddies and there are holding up well for 2 years now. Only thing it will take on dirt and oil and start to age, I used a cork sealer before that I saw was used on Burkenstocks and holds up even better.

    I haven't made a watch strap in a while but while I was making a new cork clutch saw a strip and loved how it looked so just used the scraps to make a watch strap. Thanks for looking!

    just looking at it, is it possible to use brown thread and conceal it the eye and mouth area and attach it to the ring that is on the back side or even stitch it in to the ribbon portion

    Little zippered clutch I made using some textured black and grey leather and turquoise stitching. wanted to do something with a zipper for the first time and this seemed like a good time to try it out, also made the tassel and wrapped it in turquoise thread to get more of the turquoise color into the piece.
