Hi guys, time for me to weigh in. I just closed my shop at Webb Road Flea Market in Salisbury North Carolina. If you are thinking of selling your handmade leather items at the flea market, you must sell other items as well, many folks have the Walmartians disease's, where everything yis less than the worth of your time. I sold motorcycle leather and motorcycle accessories. The belts were just ok but not enough to make a living or pay rent. Cases and other items are not good sellers when china is selling their items way cheaper. do yourself a favor - sell items anywhere other than the flea market

The thing you call a Welp I think I call a spine, I used one when I built a holster for a Smith & Wesson 40 Cal Magnum and it actually helped support the trigger housing. If anything else, you can use it as a club.

Had to ask, used to get a lawyer that stashed his glasses in a long pouch style and he would destroy his eyeglass case just by hanging them on his belt with an 18 inch tether, which got caught on everything! Chairs, stools, turnbuckle doors, car doors and trunks, and his easy chair.

I really have to ask if you ride a motorcycle yourself, how would the bags mount on the bike (picture says bolt on) do you have the hardware for a specific bike?? Is there anything supporting the structure of the bags so they don't collapse? what weight is the leather itself? How much weight can each bag hold repeatedly and still look like they do from day one? Don't hate me for this - the buckles need to be a bit more masculine, I would of went with a wider strap with a roller buckle! how big are these bags? Are they made for an electric bicycle or a motorcycle (gotta ask)? We are 3 hours of each other, I do bike week on occasion. I direct messaged you.

I'd say pass on this purchase. You gotta agree it's antiquated and you have to replace parts they're gonna to be tough to obtain and expensive!

is there anyplace other than China to get theses from?

Being a penny pincher, i gave it thought. using 2 hands to sew is far better than using one to sew and one to crank. I would be sacrificing quality, then wasting the time to screw with a cheap china made machine. A different machine with a motor is also a time saver. if this is all you can afford, id say save up and keep looking for a decent sewing machine. get to know the product before you buy. Becoming frustrated will make that $100 machine will become a $100 paperweight.
