@albenwave Welcome on joining LW. You should not be reporting a post unless there is a problem with it. You should quote it if you want to contact the member, or send them a PM as the post says. You can also reply to posts. "Hello, I bought a Bernini 217 to repair sails and I am looking for the instructions. Would you be willing to send them to me? Thank you in advance. EDIT: <> albenwave <>@<> g <> mail <>com<>" Using PM is much more wise than posting your email address in a public forum where bots can find it and expose you to loads of spam, phishing attempts, etc. Practice safe internet usage. Don't hand out private information in public.

Take a look through this thread. https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/15122-how-to-post-pictures-on-lw/ It also includes information on resizing your photos so the fit the file size limitations here. Moved your post to sewing leather. You'll find more information here as well about saddle stitching and stitching irons.

Moved your post to leather sewing machines. I think you'll get more response here. These fellows have the experience and knowledge.

You haven't complied with my request to provide shipping information. You have 2 days to comply or I move your post to old/sold and lock it. Simply stating plus shipping is not adequate. Edit: to clarify - shipping only in Canada, USA, or international? Via Canada Post, UPS or ... ?

You need to quote or tag a user for them to be more likely to get a notification. Beth hasn't been back to this site since she made this post. You tag a user by typing the "@" symbol followed by the username. A box pops up and you select the username (click or touch as case may be for your device). Like this @bethgay. You might try her email address too. -
You must list your selling price.

If you do a search on this site you will find loads of information on leather point versus fabric round point. The first article that a google search https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=site%3A+leatherworker.net+leather+point+needles brings up is https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/96149-leather-needle-selection/ 135x16 is a leather point. 135x17 is a round conical point. Leather points are available in different styles so the stitch line looks different. Choose the appearance you like and get that style of point. LR is a leather point. Leather points cut like a chisel, making a 'slot'. Round points make a mess of the back side of the leather as it blows out the back. See this needle chart Groz-Beckert Needle Chart.pdf Don't use leather points on fabrics as it cuts the threads instead of sliding through them.

You need to post pictures from your device, not some other location (URL). Lots of information here on how to post pictures and how to resize when necessary https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/15122-how-to-post-pictures-on-lw/

Some glues can be reactivated by applying some heat with either an iron or a heat gun. Since you are dealing with leather, be cautious of too much heat as the leather may shrivel. An old glue that was in common use is hide glue. Whether used for cameras or not is a good question. Super glue (cyanoacrylate) is available in various viscosities. The thinnest would be a good choice. It isn't flexible when it sets so be careful where you use it. You might want to check to see how fixing it affects the value of the camera if you have any concerns about that.

Moved your post to leather sewing machines as I think you are more likely to get some response here.

Check out his site https://toolstud.io/photo/filesize.php?imagewidth=800&imageheight=600 and put in 800 x 600 and check the resulting various file type sizes. I get "Compressed JPG 100% 24bit/pixel:" as 98KB. So we can get a lot of files within the 1.47 MB. 800 x 600 is your resolution. And if printed at 300 dpi makes a print 2.7" x 2".

Help identifying a saddle stamp

Please post your photos here. 3rd party hosted photos frequently disappear due to changes in the host's policies, host out of business, users moving files, deleting files, closing their account or the account expiring. When this happens, the post becomes worthless to all future users who are researching or looking for help to solve a problem. If your files are too large to post here due to file size restrictions, you need to resize your files to fit. Follow this link for some helps and suggestions. https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/15122-how-to-post-pictures-on-lw/?do=findComment&comment=551171 There are lots of Apps, software, and online tools available on the web, or even built into your device to enable you to reduce your file sizes. 800 pixels in the longest dimension is quite adequate. Smart phone screens and many monitors don't display high res files in high resolution. People that live on the fringes of the internet appreciate smaller file sizes and high res photos may take from 10 minutes to hours to download. -
Welcome! Could you post a couple photos showing some of the areas of concern on your camera collection. It will help others chime in with some help.
-
800 pixels in the longest dimension should give you maybe up to 100 photos space and be more adequate for viewing. Moved your post to leather sewing machines.

Please read the marketplace rules and conform. You must provide a price, condition of equipment, any information or restrictions on shipping, and photos when possible. Failure to conform may result in your ad being blocked. See the marketplace rules here https://leatherworker.net/forum/forum/70-announcements/ You must state shipping info. Some pictures would be helpful.

Upload would work better (you upload to servers, and download to personal computers and devices, not that it makes any difference to what you are trying to do here) Take a look through this thread. Your main problem may be too large a file. Reduce the file size to 800 pixels in the longest dimension. https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/15122-how-to-post-pictures-on-lw/
