I am looking into getting a speed reducer for my Chandler/Adler 67 (and other singers) but have been told that I will need to modify the table to make the belt opening longer once it is installed. I don't really want to fuss with that so came across this sold by allcraft, and was wondering if anyone else have used this type? Looks like it goes where the existing bolts are and then the motor mounts below. I like simple! Anyone?
