I have bought and downloaded one or two from the leathercraftlibrary including the bold spirit bag. It came on 11 pages with the outline and design patterns but they crossed over onto a few pages. I printed them on my printer and not at a print shop. I did not like the fact that some parts were split up on several pages but was able to put them together to get it right. I think some of the pages can be taken to a print shop to get it all on one page - but a larger size than I have for my printer.

I have been looking for something like this too but no luck. However, there is a video on Youtube that shows someone using a "Cuttlebug" die cutter that is meant for paper to cut thin leather. I will be investigating further - here is the link

Mlapaglia, I had a typo too, I meant to say It is easy to understand. The only other suggestion would be to include more pix but what you have is a great reference.

Are the plastic wallet inserts acceptable? Tandy wallet inserts those hold 12 and you can still have a few slots

I have not done zippers so the only thing I have to suggest is to take a look at Al Stohlmans The art of making cases.
