Massed produced store bought bags go for 3 to 6 hundred in this area, most are run of the mill and not made very well, the higher priced usually have a logo and metal accents. So a set of handmade custom bags should bring a much better price. I have not had much success selling the bags I made, as it seems that a purchaser of an expensive new bike wants to buy the cheapest accessories they can. I found this true with holsters too. They spend over a grand on a pistol and put it on their belt in the cheapest holster they can find.

Haven't posted any photos lately as I have been busy with all kinds of stuff called life, some good, some bad, some indifferent, anyway finally got 2 bible cover orders and some more wrist bands done, well almost. I have to get started on a pair of sandals ordered last Saturday and talked with a fellow about a holster for his class 3 Mac 10, that will be a real brain teaser, why anyone would want to lug a weapon like that on their hip is a question for the ages. Up to five miles a day on my new bicycle and working on some bags for it, seems to be helping stabilize the diabetes, but I continue to loose weight, nuthin fits anymore LOL. My picture taking is sadly not one of my better jack of all trades, rather one of the master of none!

In the tight areas I did use a small pair of needle nose pliers to pull the needle through and the belt loop and flap are one piece that was sewn to the back before making the folds and sewing the sides.

I don't know if you can tell by the photo but this is how I sewed a cigarette case, it has a loop on the back for a belt.

That surprises me, I would think that Europe would see distribution from Australia before the US, of course what the heck would I know about international business, I've only left the states by way of the military or a cruise ship, which by the way had much better food! Your stuff is impressive, very clean looking designs, and really nice stitching. It looks to me like you may want to incorporate a weather flap of some kind on the bicycle bag things could get a little wet in poor riding conditions.

They all sold again, in spite of a wind disaster yesterday, gusts of 35-40 broke more slats of my canopy and it collapsed around me. Must have quite a sight. Guess I will be busy making more oak slats to fix it, no way am I spending more than I have to, luckily I am a jack of all trade and master of a few!
