Very good looking practice piece Tom!
I really like the silver inlay to the cross and the natural on the contours. Silver dye is great to work with (looks to me like that you have used silverdye).

Hi and welcome Redryder!!
Nice to see someone from France. Think we have a couple of French members around here.
No matter what the level of skill you have there is allways something new to learn here and we love too see pictures too.
The atmosphere is very friendly so no need to be shy about posting.
Looking forward to see some arte cuir!

Happy birthday Davy!
I know it's little late but still a couple of hours remaining in Sweden and a few more in US so I guess that counts for something!

Very good looking frogs!
I really like the one that is stringed together.
I would have sanded the corners a bit on the ends though the buckles because the level of your works calls for it. One of those fingernails sandingboards is great to round of edges.
I'm sure those will stand out great amongst the black ones.

If I wasn't doing leatherwork I'd start bidding. Now I will hold it in my thoughts to always remember that the imagination is the only limit and just gotta keep striving for more knowledge and experience and keep adding to it.

You should try sending Tammy aka TCleathercraft a pm or visit her myspace page to connect with her.
We've discussed this a bit but don't remember why. Ah I have to much online activity than my head can manage;-) Think she wanted to do one or perhaps actually did one.
Tom Banwell also has something like a plague doctor mask in his portfolio I think.

Yeah this piece rock and is so Spideresque!!!
I just love the back with the flames and skulls, looking sooo good!
The wood details are cool too.
You're on a roll bro!
