  1. That's what I have been doing. Still waiting on my Wutas. Dang slow boat from China. But free shipping, that's something.
  2. I'll take them. Pm inbound.
  3. Welcome aboard, Rog.
  4. Looks really good, but your blue gun came out a tad orange. Live and learn....
  5. Welcome Dan. This video here has lots of good stuff. Not about what you want to make, but great tricks nonetheless. Enjoy your new found hobby.
  6. A fella could sell a gazillion belts in the Great Republic with that roll. To sell them where I live they would need to be crawfish and fluer de luis.
  7. I really enjoy your work. Thanks.
  8. I have been having good luck with tokonole. You can get it here in the states from Rocky Mountain Leather. Slicks up nice with a glass slicker. Smells a little like Elmer's glue.
  9. Thanks I was curious. Being a big guy a braided belt would just turn into a rope.
  10. They look great. How did you finish off the buckle end?
  11. Thanks, I didn't know his name from the movie.
  12. I wouldn't say over the top... I tried some 1.0 with 5mm chisels and it looked good. I would probably use it on a CC or Western rig, or even a big sheath. But again, just opinions here. Some people like their holes a little more stuffed with thread than me.
  13. I just did the same thru Rocky Mountain Leather. The .8 looks good on most stuff. .6 for small stuff and 1.0 for big stuff like holsters. Just my opinion.
  14. I don't have a critique, but good job.
  15. Pretty awesome job. Is this Eli Wallach from the good, the bad, and the ugly?
  16. These shoes are probably chrome tanned at the tannery using g a secret blend. I would be looking at Walnut or russet. And let the people know you can get close to the color. Just my thoughts and I'm no expert.
  17. One more thing, if you plan on making a go at business. Spend 10 bucks on a book called the E² Revisited. This is a great look at what you are really in for in terms of running a business. Good luck.
  18. That is some really beautiful stuff. I think I like the arm guard the best. Super clean looking. Thanks for sharing and welcome to the forum.
  19. Welcome aboard. Look forward to seeing your projects.
  20. After watching the video, I bet some diluted gelatin would work.
  21. Thanks. It came in a lot I got from a fella just getting out of the pokey. He sold me a bunch of stuff really cheap. It was a real blessing.
  22. I can't lend much advice, but I did see a video were a guy put a stitch and a river to a test. He couldn't break the stitch. I'm following to see what the experts say.....
