Are you talking about a 'saddle stand'? If so, you can find them on ebay, or other auction type website. I know that some equine sites, as well as, saddle carriers have these saddle stands. They don't like it would be too difficult to make your self if you have some wood laying around? I am sure a saddle maker will chime in, I hope. Let me know if I can help get you one. I don't know what it would cost to ship it, but I find a use one everyone now and then on Craiglist. Good luck.

A piece of hide that I got was awesome, tooled well and 99% blemish free. It is kinda pale looking though. Dyes really well. Expensive also.
