you will find it is pretty easy once you get the right tools. I have a couple of these type slings on some rifles and toted them for many miles lol but for my real tight shooters i use the m1907 rifle sling, upside beside better for target shooting is there is no sewing lol..

nothing our gubment is doing right now is making sense. That sure sounds yummy my friend we've been feasting on Elk steaks, the calf we got is so tender you can cut it with your fork, the cows just a hair tougher but far better than any beef. Red chili today with Indian fry bread. -
nice sling indeed and a nice firearm. Oh yea you will be hooked in no time just making goodies for your guns.

we are all fine now the blower motor came in and the wind died down a bit but its coming back, 80% chance of snow with 40 mph winds gusting to 60. these winds are pretty common for this area in fact its one of the windiest places in the states and right in the center of wind turbine hell. They are planning on installing thousands of turbines here and none of the power for Wyoming its all going to Nevada and California. -

i had several different shop classes that set it in stone but where i really learned it was basic math class long before shop class. Geometry was a hands on learning experience back in the day using these tools to draw the answers. -

I hear you there. I guess us old timers forget that we were actually taught to use a pencil, compass, square and ruler in grade school, jr high and high school. Spent my whole working career learning and relearning computer programs, operating systems and I don't miss that one bit. -

that's really to bad I don't have to update it then relearn how it works, don't have to pay for using the extra features, and the makers never make a new app and quit maintaining the old one so i don't have to re-buy, the whole set was way under 20 bucks, doesn't need a cloud to save it or a printer to go with it. -
fedex is our nightmare. No office in town a small drop box at the local truck stop. And always late I'm two days after the first delivery date now waiting for a blower motor for my furnace. usually the packages go right through town to get to the hub then back again. Had one go through town three times before it landed on our doorstep.

all your work is fantastic and a real pleasure to see.

Wyoming is cold and windy, we have already seen -20f here this year. the friggin blower motor went out on my furnace three days ago. We are heating our house with propane heaters so its above 65 lol. Sounds like you have a plan. I'm still working on a few gifts but have slowed down a bit. Hunting season was a rough one so I've been slow getting back in the groove. hand sewing round stuff is pretty easy if its big enough to get the needle in side lol, last one i did i had to cut a set of needles off to get them to work. -
he's been confused since 2019, poor guy.

I don't want to get political either but I'm afraid its to late. Gubmnets are cutting beef production radically as well as farming. It was all written years ago in agenda 21 as well as the paris climate accord. Yes its not a "conspiracy theory" its real and a lot of people were just to stupid to realize they were wrong and now to stubborn to admit it..https://hotair.com/jazz-shaw/2022/11/21/germany-cutting-back-meat-production-to-fight-global-warming-n512518

Cutting the opening in an industrial table
chuck123wapati replied to AlZilla's topic in Leather Sewing Machines
drill the radius corners with a hole saw spade bit or some such then you have options on what saw you will need. tape your formica or it will blow out. If enough room between holes you can use a circular saw. Coping saw will also work but your right a jig saw would be best. Or you can use a router also which may be the case if you need those tabs at the corners or a lip to hold up your machine. -
man i love those lil fellers
