  1. Nice work. Looks good. I use Weldwood contact adhesive. & usually anything I glue leather wise, takes 2 coats on each piece.
  2. You can buy YKK zipper by the foot or meter from SailRite I believe they keep most finishes too. Plus they got zipper stops & all the related zipper hardware.
  3. To the right person they could fetch some big bucks. Especially if they are operational.
  4. Nice work. Looks awesome. Can't wait to see the matching suspenders.
  5. I bought 3 different plates & feed dogs for my cobra class 4 thru @Patrick1 on the forum here. I got the #23 & #25 narrow plates & feed dogs. I also bought the holster plate & 1 other i cant think of at the moment.
  6. I guess I don't get what your asking. I don't think your stitch spacing should change. I got the the narrow feed dogs & needle plates for my cobra class 4. If anything the stitch spacing probably gets better.
  7. Looking good! Are you going to sew down both sides of the belt as well? Or does that particular pattern, not support such? Thanks.
  8. Thanks. I appreciate it. Thanks again for the tip. Gives me something new to try.
  9. Nice work. Looks great! Did the resolene make the leather that glossy? Or did you add another technique to get it to Shine like that? Thanks.

  15. Another option is to wrap the knife in saran wrap & wet form the sheath to the knife. So it is not rattley or flopping in the sheath.
  16. Thanks. Yeah i like to watch Joe work, he is laid back & very informative on teaching leather work. I've learned a thing or too from him.
  17. Tandy has a nice moccasin pattern pack with 3 type of different moccasins types. You might look into it.
  18. Thanks. Much appreciated. I will place a order with him. Can't wait to see your finished belt.
  19. Nice work. It looks awesome so far. That is going to be a nice belt. If you don't mind, would you tell me a bit about Joe's pattern packs. Did it have the plastic type mylar patterns in it? Or was it paper patterns you transfered to mylar sheet. Thanks. I've been wanting some of his patterns & just curious what is all in the pattern pack.
  20. What was the reasoning for using cosmoline on your leather products? Or did you use some cosmoline on some of your leather equipment, so it would not rust. & then it transferred to your leather product? Got any pics of said project in question? Thanks.
