Nice........ where are you getting the liners............

ponygirl.. i would use size 20 or 22 needle for the 138 thread.and it should be nylon or polyester.the fabric shop might not have a"leather point needle", that is what you should use for leather. you do know that you have a needle feed machine ? so make sure that the feed dogs are in good shape and the leather is not too thick or spongy, or it will not feed too good!

on mine it is 69 on the bobbin and 69- 92- 138 on top. it works for me.

in the first photo How did you like using the brade stamp. for me, sometimes i kinda have to" s t r e c h" it a little....

take a look at the tubular rivets. you might not like the roughness of the back side but they Do Work.

DJ1935.....in the John Bianchi holster video he sugest painting the center foot RED I DID and i can keep an eye on the sewing much better. on my servo motor i have a swichbox wired in and with the on-off switch there is a light. that lets you know when it is on.

Weavers is the only one that i know of.

try this mixture...........spray a base coat of Red -lightly.......then use Fiebings ANTIQUE BLACK.i have not did it in a long time ,but i was pleased with the effect. good luck

JOSH............i am very lucky i was fortanuate to retire early so the leather work i do is money to "jingle in my pocket."i do not stay that busy every day ,a lot of times it is "feast or faminn. there will be dry times and then BAM. ...EVERY BODY WANTS SOMETHING. that is what i am doing now. in my slack time i try to build up my inventory for prospective customers.
