Roo, that's a wonderful looking mask. I can just imagine the work you put itno getting it to looks so good. Those fin thingies on top, are they actually the same piece of leather that the rest of the mask is made of, just foled and molded? Wonderful job, thanks for sharing. Ken

  9. Welcome LB, great to have you here. Just wondering though, if it's a gift you got your wife, how come your using it? Are you both taking up the craft? Great looking work so far, and don't worry about the kitchen table, you can always eat in the living room. Ken
  10. Now that's a MASK. When the page first opened, I jumped a bit, kinda scared me at first. Great job, especially the coloring of it. Also thanks for sharing the template with us. Ken

  12. Thank you Myriam, if in the right mood I can even whip up from scrath some pretty damned good donuts, if you can believe. Kate, maybe we should start a new type of PIF. I remember a few years back where a guy on Ebay started with a pink paper clip, and after about a year, ended up with a house that him and his new wife moved into. Okay, I'll dye a piece of leather pink....yikes, and send it to the first person that wants to trade for a nice little house..... Ken
  13. AWESOME seat Kevin, love the way you've kinda hidden so to speak the evil face in this. Ken
  14. Kate, what is "medieval justice" last I recal from Discovery Channel, it involved racks and chains and well who knows what? I'm glad you like your PIF, it was a joy to actually carve wood again, and smell the wood dust rather than leather dust. And to think the day after I sent out those Barry King stamps, all the tutorials on basket weaving showed up on the forum....did you know something in advance...LOL Ken
  15. Well hello Mike, great to have another leather fan here. Your one of the luckier ones to have some help close at hand. Hope to see some of your work soon. Ken

  23. Thank you everyone for the accolaides, they are much appreciated. Can't wait to see some of the ones you guys are going to make. Curtis, I got a "Beeza Blister" on the end of my finger braiding those things, it's the one thing I just hate to do. They are about 6 feet long each. This way the customer can size them accordingly to how they want. Ken
