You didn't pick the screen name from the popup list. Therefore no notice was sent. Click or tap on the name in the popup list. -
I was thinking that on the next piece of garbage to block them completely.
-
You are embarrassing yourself. You were blocked from posting without approvals due to your habit of posting spam links with no value. You haven't looked through this thread at all. If you had, you would see that the tutorial images have all disappeared, so there is no tutorial. This is an example of why all photos should be posted here on leatherworker.net. Quoted: "Those pics were hosted on one of the services and they had expired. I'll try to find them on my laptop and reload. Give me few days." His images were posted on imageshack.us. He hasn't been back since so apparently not able to find and replace them.

claes Help! Claes 8345 ( Metro Spezial / Pfaff 9345)
Northmount replied to Arsura's topic in Leather Sewing Machines
@Arsura You have had a couple replies above that you might be interested in. @sbcwylie You need to tag users or quote from their post so they get a notice that someone has posted a note to them. There isn't anyone following this thread, so chances are the OP isn't receiving notifications. To tag someone, type the @ symbol followed by their screen name and pick their name from the popup list. You might have to scroll down to see the popup list. -
Vibrant Pink Color
Northmount replied to TomG's topic in Dyes, Antiques, Stains, Glues, Waxes, Finishes and Conditioners.
Please post photos here on LW. I have copied your photos and uploaded them to your post. Reason for requesting you to post your photos here is so they will stay around as long as the post itself. If you change your web page for any reason, these photos would be lost and that would make much of this thread useless to other members as they research similar queries. Further, many members do not like to click on links that could be suspect. -

What is the length of your skirts?
Northmount replied to lorenejackson's topic in Leatherwork Conversation
Really now? Probably the majority of us don't wear skirts, even among the women now days. I notice that most of your posts are not really contributing any value to LW. Maybe you could find topics that are more useful. -
@Sasho Moved your post to leather sewing machines. You'll get more response here. Pictures might help.

New Member and mystery machine
Northmount replied to piningforfjords's topic in Leather Sewing Machines
@piningforfjords Moved your post to leather sewing machines. PLEASE post your photos here. 3rd party hosted photos often disappear due to changes in the host's policies, going out of business, owner moving or deleting photos. Then the thread becomes useless to anyone researching or interested in the topic. If your photos are too big, use a file resizer to reduce the file size. -
@Josephclements moved your post to suppliers.
-
@IanO Moved your post to leather tools since the knife is not listed for sale.

Looking for Leather Workers to help Make 18th Century Cartridge Boxes
Northmount replied to a topic in Help Wanted
Guests can NOT post pictures. So this is as good as it gets. At least you can see the whole web link. -
Another tip I saw a couple days ago is to put a rare earth magnet next to where you are removing or replacing small items like c-clips, screws, etc. so if you drop them, the magnet will grab them saving you from searching all over the floor and benches or furniture where they like to hide.

Looking for Leather Workers to help Make 18th Century Cartridge Boxes

You should indicate where in the world you happen to be so you get the area related information and responses that you are interested in. Your IIP address indicates you may be in the Linglestown, Pennsylvania area. If you are willing to work with people anywhere in the world, you could state that. too. -
Check through the leather sewing machine forum. There are from what I recall, some instructions for digital servo motors. Some are very similar between brands. This is from Keystone a few years ago. Works on my servo even though it is not related to Keystone. Hope it helps. Your P and S buttons might be similar to the up and down buttons.

@Leather2 Moved your post to leather sewing machines Your location affects prices too. From your IP address, you appear to be in Nevada. You could update your profile with your location so you get more relevant help and information to your area.

I compiled all the instructions into a PDF for easy download and reference. It has such great instructions and tips. Some of these tips are useful for other projects too. Have a great read. Leather Covered Canteen Tutorial.pdf
