You probably need to reduce the file sizes to load them. 800x600 pixels is adequate, and you can load maybe 100 pics. See this thread for several options people have figured up. Pick one that works best for you and post your photos here.

The chair in this photo is bonded leather. Thin layer on a fabric substrate. Leather is ground up, mixed with a glue, pressed onto fabric and rolled. Surface is very consistent, and can be made any length. No junk hide parts, they all went into the brew. I am currently re-doing this chair with upholstery leather (real leather) since current chair construction quality on Amazon sucks. Broken welds, guy 6'2" at lowest height setting, feet don't touch the floor, etc. I figured I can use the practice and learn something new at the same time.

With all the electronics removed, a new servo motor rated for your household voltage will be fine. Don't connect to the old 3 phase connection. Before you pull it apart, check the voltage at the lamp so you know if you need a new lamp or bulb. As long as your machine doesn't have electrically operated presser foot or other electrically operated bits, you can pull all the junk off.

A good quality sharp blade (1/4" angle for tight curves, 1/2" straight for long sweeping curves) right size barrel to fit your paws, comfortable yoke (not rolled almost sheet metal like old crafttools) and right height (length if you wish). Look at some videos by Jim Linnell. He uses a Tandy ergonomic SK. More money gets you fancier barrels which don't make your carving any better. Look at what the old masters used and the quality of work they did. It is practice, practice, practice that makes good carvings, not expensive knives. For your blade, go for ceramic and work on it until it is polished and sharp. Also watch the moisture content of your leather and use good quality leather.

Let the press heat up longer so the die is definitely up to temperature. You could wrap some insulation (that's good for 450) so it has a better chance of getting up to full temperature sooner. You can try pressing longer, or try pressing it several times to allow the oils/waxes to do what ever in between. Worth a test to see if it makes any difference.

The last time that the OP visited this site was April 2020. I assume he has no interest in updating anyone here so am moving this to Old/Sold.

I see lots of patterns and such being traded back and forth here. Copyrighted Tandy patterns for example. There are a number of things that go into how you would prosecute this particular matter. First, are they selling copies of drawings and instructions produced by Hermes or whoever? Did they copy those original documents? Many people copy the look of a finished product or picture of one. If they use the Hermes name or logos, that is definitely copy right infringement, even if they didn't copy their original documentation. Another area to consider is patent law. Was the article patented in their country? If so patent infringement action may be taken against them. I assume that if they sold the patterns to a person that lives in a country where it was patented, action could be taken against them. Have you ever made an article that looks like one that someone else made? If so, the point you are taking without knowing all the details might be considered to be copyright infringement under your view. I'm not judging one direction or the other as it's not my place to. I was attempting to point out to LZPattern this is not the place to spam with free ads. They want to be part of the group here, they should pay their way like many others do.
